Carter Creek Winery Resort and Spa is looking for this person to work as our Front Desk/Guest Service Supervisor. Our Resort propery has 78 Villas, entertainment, restaurant, spa and award winning wine and beer. It is a one stop shop for the Hill County Traveler. Visit us a https://www.cartercreek.com. 
 
What is expected from you:
  • Oversee the day to day operations of the Guest Service Agents
  • Serve as agent when needed to assist guests
  • Help to train agents on skills and customer service responses
  • Respond to resort reviews and report all reviews to management
  • Talk on the phone and assist with reservations
  • Work with Resort managers on guest experiences
  • Assist with set up of lobby and breakfast preparations if needed
  • Inventory control of front desk store
  • Oversee resort amenities for guest rooms and welcome letter for guests
  • Afternoon Shift
  • Typical schedule Wednesday through Sunday, but varies based on occupancy 
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to be on call every other week for staff questions and resort issues
  • HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • One to two years related experience 
  • Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software 
  • Aptitude for customer solutions and customer service
