- Process and maintain accurate payroll data for hourly, salaried, and commissioned employees
- Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing, including audits and reconciliation
- Enter and maintain employee information such as rate changes, transfers, deductions, bonuses, and leave
- Ensure accurate processing of payroll deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and allowances
- Prepare and process final pay documentation and pay cards for terminations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager payroll-related inquiries
- Resolve payroll discrepancies in coordination with the corporate payroll team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in ADP Workforce Now
- Process time-off requests and ensure proper documentation is collected
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Assist with HR audits and compliance documentation
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned
- Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1–2 years of Human Resources or payroll experience required
- Previous hotel or resort HR experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of HR laws and payroll regulations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
